rVGT1-3-blotA western blot of rat striatum probed with VGT1-3 (1:6,000) detects a single band at the predicted molecular weight of ~63 kD. Preabsorption of VGT1-3 with the VGT1 peptide blocks detection of the band, but is not affected by preabsorption with an irrelevant peptide (VGT2).

Recommended Dilutions:

Immunohistochemistry 1:5,000-15,000
